How Does This Work

I offer services to a core clientele age 40 and over who want to stay active and stay in shape longer.

All exercise programs are NOT created equal.

My Mission is to help people achieve the best possible health and quality of life through innovative and evidence-based functional fitness programs that are safe, effective, enjoyable and purposeful.

When you are ready to start your training program you can give me a call or shoot me an email and we can set up your FREE one hour health history and fitness interview.  During this time you can talk with me about your fitness goals, health issues and nutrition plan and we will complete your health history  forms.

The purpose of this hour long discussion is not to be intrusive, but for me to get to know you, your conditions, abilities, goals and motivational factors.  I am going to tailor this program specifically for you, so that you can live your life to the fullest!  To do that I need solid information from your past history in order to create the best possible exercise program that can go about changing your life for the better!

Wear comfortable clothing and your tennis shoes.  When you are finished with the baseline portion of the orientation I will put you through a few simple easy exercises so that you can try them out and get a feel for what you will be doing.  It is that simple!

Remember, this is fitness for positive aging!  You are NEVER too old to start an exercise program!  Aging happens, growing old is optional.  We are transforming mature bodies through functional exercise.
